Madelyn at 9 months

Madelyn weighs 18 pounds, 14 ounces and is 27 inches long. (50th percentile for both)
She got one shot, but didn't even notice since she was already crying from being made to lay down.

She crawls well, but it's usually with one knee and one foot.

She growls on command and can moooo, kinda.

She pulls up on everything and has started climbing the stairs, so out came the baby gate.

She's a happy, go-lucky kid. We are truly blessed!

Easter 2013

The Easter Bunny filled the girls' baskets with goodies.

Family picture attempt number 1.

Attempts number 2 and 3.

Madelyn is a cutie patootie in her first Easter attire.

My cousin Lindsay's baby BOY was born on Saturday, so Mom, Gramma, Marcia, Bev, and I drove over to snuggle him Sunday after lunch.

Busy Week and a Half

Joey's school threw a multi-baby baby shower. We were blessed! Lydia enjoyed reading books in her PJs at school with the balloon! She really wanted us to play school so she could be the teacher. Thankfully, Ms. Ginger McConnell cooperated. Later, she was reading in the floor, but I guess I failed to get a picture...

Later, Madelyn tried some rice cereal. Lydia continues to eat mac and cheese at least 4 times a week.

Sweet baby was tired!

Then there was Valentine's Day!

Clean baby with rolly legs.

Madelyn is now 4 months old! What a chub!!

Lydia enjoys taking pictures of herself and making funny faces and playing in the crib.

We attended Abram's birthday bash with a mustache theme. I guess Lydia wanted to continue with her pudding. (Pics can be viewed here, as I did not take any pictures.)

I got to help throw my cousin, Lindsay, a baby shower. So much fun!!

Center pieces were diaper cakes with Boo-Boo Bunnies and jelly beans on top since the baby is due on Easter Sunday.

I love my babies!!
If I were a songwriter, I would write one titled "The View in My Rear-view". (Probably to the tune of "From My Front Porch Looking In" since it's pretty much the same concept.) (Now, I'm thinking there already is a song about this....)
