The Going to Bed Book

Since we moved Lydia to her crib at the age of two months, we have read her this book almost every night.

And now she can read it to us!

The Bear in our Woods

Black bears have been sighted all over our area. One has recently taken up residence in a tree very close to our house. Lydia thinks this is very cool and wants to 'pet him'. His presence has also helped Lydia be more speedy in getting buckled into her car seat. "If you don't hurry, the bear might get you." (If you've ever had a child that has to do it BY MYSELF, you will understand this tactic.)
