Memorial Day 2012

We love the lake and we have found the perfect spot to hang out on nice days. The Town's County Recreation Park in Hiawassee, GA has a playground, a great beach, and picnic tables and it only take about 30-40 minutes to get to! This time we went with our good friends Mark, Kim, and Hope Green. It was so relaxing and so enjoyable!
Joey and Lydia have Play-Doh fingers on a regular basis.

Baby "Onion"

So, Joey had a dream. In the dream, Lydia ran off to play with some kids. The new baby was already born and was a girl. In his dream, he hands me the baby and says, "Here, you hold Onion while I go find Lydia." And now we lovingly refer to the baby as Onion.

These pics are from my 20 week anatomy scan where we could have found out the sex, but we're waiting for the big reveal in October! (However, I did try to peek when the sonographer told me to look away...I didn't see anything, so it's either a girl, or I'm just blind!)
Heart beat was 140bpm.

Foot!

Fingers!

It still amazes me that this baby is only 11 ounces, but appears to be much bigger. God is so cool!

Lydia's 3rd Birthday Party!

Since I am graduating in Boone next weekend, we decided to throw Lydia's birthday party a week early. But first we visited the Deal Farm for Plow Days. Lydia was not so keen on the horses, but enjoyed being with Wyatt and Jack.

Then came the PARTY! We had a great group of people in attendance and many thanks to all of them for helping celebrate the miracle we call Lydia.
